To receive a refund, student must participate in the entire workshop and return all course materials. Refund requests must be made at the end of the seminar on the last day of presentation. No continuing education credits or certificate of completion will be issued. Refunds will not be given once a student receives his or her certificate of completion. This guarantee applies only to licensed healthcare providers who have paid the full tuition price. If the above terms are met, Haase & Associates, Inc. will return the full tuition within 7-days of receiving a dissatisfaction statement and request for refund.)


Cancellation/Refund Policy:


Cancellations received up to five working days before the workshop are refundable, minus a $20.00 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire workshop fee, which you may apply toward a future workshop. Please note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
